for clarity, that is a large flatbed trailer that has been packed with fake snow, lights, a slide, a fat man in a red suit trimmed with fun, and copious amounts of references to A Christmas Story parked in the cul-de-sac in front of the Coslett home. It is blaring carols through a loudspeaker at volume that would get you arrested were you playing it through 2 Kicker 12s in the back of an Olds Cutlass. There are 40 fireman but only one small child milling about. We parked 2 blocks away because the firemen wouldn't clear the road. Situation normal.
